Driver Requirements: The renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Vehicle Condition: The FJ Cruiser will be provided in good working condition. Any damages must be reported immediately. Maintenance: Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the rental company. Renter must not attempt any repairs without prior approval. Prohibited Use: The FJ Cruiser must not be used for off-road driving, racing, or any illegal activities. Fuel: The FJ Cruiser will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. Cleaning: The FJ Cruiser must be returned in a clean condition. Excessive dirt or stains may incur cleaning fees. Late Returns: A late fee will be charged for any returns past the agreed-upon time. Accidents: In case of an accident, the renter must notify the rental company and local authorities immediately. Liability: The renter is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify the rental company against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the rental. Modification: Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or country where the rental takes place.
